Happy Groundhog Day
If Punxsutawney Phil, the most famous rodent weather prognosticator, emerges from his burrow on a cloudy day, then spring will come early, according to folklore. If it is a sunny day, Phil will see his shadow, creep back into his bed for an extended nap, and the winter will continue for six more weeks.

Gregory Groundhog is not an official weather-predicting groundhog. Some say that the rodents' forecasts are accurate 75% to 90% of the time, although the National Climatic Data Center reportedly has stated that the overall prediction accuracy rate is around 39%.
